The short version
We only collect your email address if you give it to us. We use it to send you the free ebook and the occasional note about new books. We never sell it. You can unsubscribe or ask us to delete it anytime.
What we collect
When you join our email list, we collect your email address along with the date, time and IP address of your sign-up. Our email software may also record whether our emails are opened or clicked. Like most websites, our host keeps standard server logs for security. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.
How we use it
To send you the free ebook, tell you about new HeyCuckoo books, and keep the site running securely. Nothing else.
Who we share it with
We never sell or rent your information. It is shared only with the service providers that host this site and send our emails, and only so they can do that job, or when the law requires it.
Links to other sites
Our books are sold on Amazon. Once you click through to another site, its privacy policy applies.
Your choices
Every email includes an unsubscribe link. To see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, email us and we will respond within 30 days. If you live somewhere with additional privacy rights, such as California, the EU or the UK, we will honor those too.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above.
